What is Elk Grove Adventure Boot Camp?
Elk Grove Adventure Boot Camp is a fun & affordable program designed to get you into amazing shape under the constant guidance of a professional trainer. Elk Grove Adventure Boot Camp’s workouts consist of weightlifting, cardio and body weight exercises. Our high intensity workouts will challenge you like never before and feed your competitive side while sharing in the camaraderie of your fellow fitness fanatics. My clients love it! I have people of all ages, shapes and sizes in my program and I scale the workouts according to experience and ability level. Whether you are a Grandmother or a Super Athlete, this is the program for you. Come to your first class for free, and find out how it will change your life.
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! People of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Exercises include: Core conditioning, short distance running, muscular strength, jumping rope, circuit training, CrossFit, Olympic lifts, body weight exercises, sport yoga, kettlebells, pilates, sport drills, obstacle courses, surprises, and more!
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet every Monday through Friday for up to one hour. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Classes start at various times, see our online schedule for details.
When does the next Adventure Boot Camp Start?
Classes run continuously! Each class includes people at varying fitness levels, so you will easily be integrated into the class time of your choice.
What do I need to bring?
You will need to bring any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during class. Optional items are a towel to dry off with and gloves or mittens during cooler months. Dress in a layered fashion...even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!
What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you'll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you'll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
We offer several pricing options to suit bootcamper's financial needs and fitness goals. Our monthly pricing options break down to a rate of $6 to $20 per hour! Where else can you get premiere or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers can typically charge $50 to $120 per hour for their services - this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction by a certified personal trainer for just a fraction of the cost.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first week. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!
